Contemporary Culinary Competition and Salon
The American Culinary Federation Pittsburgh Chapter invites all chefs and cooks to participate in its Contemporary Hot Food Competition. On Sunday, April 6, compete to showcase skill and style while preparing a savory award winning beef dish. If pork is your forte, compete on Monday, April 7 to reveal your delicious hidden talents!

Both competitions will be judged by an American Culinary Federation approved panel. ACF medals and cash prizes will be awarded. The competitions are co-sponsored by Penn Fixture and Supply, Co., the Pennsylvania Beef Council, National Pork Board, Pennsylvania Pork Producers Council, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Cargill Meat Solutions and Albert Uster Imports.
